Ingredients

  • 1 12 count package Rhodes Thaw and Rise Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1 21 ounce can apple pie filling

Instructions

  • Place frozen cinnamon rolls in a greased 13x9 pan. Cover with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel. Allow to rise for two to three hours until thawed. They do not need to be fully risen. Leave frosting packets on counter to thaw.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a bundt pan. Cut six cinnamon rolls into fourths and place in the prepared bundt pan. Spread apple pie filling evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces. Cut remaining cinnamon rolls into fourths and place ove the apple pie filling. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden and cooked through. If the cinnamon rolls start to brown too much, cover lightly with foil.
  • Plate a large plate or platter upside down on the bundt pan. Flip and gently lift the bundt pan off the monkey bread. Drizzle or spread frosting over the monkey bread and serve. Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to three days.
