Baked Turkey Croissants

These Baked Turkey Croissants make for a super simple yet delicious and filling dinner. Great for busy weeknights and lazy weekends alike.

Ingredients

  • 6 large croissants
  • 1 pound thinly sliced turkey
  • 6 slices meunster cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 Tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Slice croissants in half. Place bottom halves in a 13x9 pan. Divide turkey evenly among the croissants. Top the turkey with a slice of cheese. Add tops of croissants.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together butter and dijon mustard. Brush over the tops of the croissants. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
