I love a ridiculously easy appetizer when game day rolls around. Nobody wants a time consuming dish when you could be spending time with your friends and family instead.

These BBQ Kielbasa Bites can be whipped up in five minutes with just two ingredients. They make a great appetizer or dinner on a busy night.

Ingredients for BBQ Kielbasa Bites

Like I said above, the ingredient list is short and couldn’t get easier. Here’s what you need:

  • Kielbasa
  • Barbecue sauce: Grab a bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce for this recipe.

How to Make BBQ Kielbasa Bites

Start by slicing the kielbasa into one inch chunks. If you want it to look a little fancier, slice on an angle.

Add to a hot grill, grill pan or cast iron skillet and cook until seared and caramelized on all sides. Toss in barbecue sauce and cook another minute. And that’s all there is to it.

Frequently Asked Questions

I can’t find kielbasa. What else can I use? You can use smoked sausage instead. Or in a pinch, you could even make this recipe with hot dogs.

What’s the best way to keep these warm during a party? Once cooked, place them in a slow cooker on warm.

How long are these good in the fridge? Keep in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
