If you love a super crunchy, sweet and slightly salty snack you are in the right place my friend. These pretzels are going to blow your mind. And that’s coming from someone who is all about the super salty snacks.

Simple Ingredients

Let’s start with the ingredient list:

That’s it! I always have these ingredients in my house (remember the salty snack addiction) so maple cinnamon pretzels can happen at any time. I’m betting all you would have to do is pick up a bag of pretzels.

Speaking of the pretzels, you can use any shape you prefer for this recipe. Pretzel twists, pretzel sticks or pretzels snaps will all work well. Let me tell you though, the snaps are my favorite because of those little squares.

While the pretzels are baking the delicious maple syrup mixture gets in there and adds even more crispy goodness. If you look closely you can see the gloriousness I’m talking about.

Easy Preparation

The preparation of these maple cinnamon pretzels couldn’t get easier. Simply melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove top then stir in the maple syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon.

This delicious mixture gets drizzled over the pretzels and tossed together until they are all completely coated. Spread them evenly on two parchment lined baking sheets (preferably with a rim).

We’re using two baking sheets so that all the pretzels are in a single layer which helps with the crispiness. The parchment makes cleaning up way easier as the sugar can sometimes caramelize and harden on the baking sheets otherwise.

These pretzels bake in the oven low and slow{ish} to keep the brown sugar and maple syrup from burning. Every 10 minutes they get a stir to ensure they get nice and crispy. After 30 minutes, they are ready for inhaling.

Perfect for Every Occasion

My favorite way to enjoy these is in front of the TV, whether it’s Bachelor Night with the girls, the big game or family movie night. They are also great for parties, school lunches and even for gifting to neighbors or friends for the holidays.

Just be aware that once you try them, you may not want to share.
