Frequently Asked Questions
How long is this good? Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Can I use fresh corn? I’ve never tried it with fresh corn but I think it would work. You will need to cook the corn a little longer when fresh.
Can I use low fat or fat free cream cheese? Technically, yes you could. But be aware that a lower fat cream cheese tends to separate so be aware of that possibility.
