I love a crispy potato in any form and these air fryer potato wedges are my current favorite. They have a crisp exterior but are light and fluffy on the inside.
Plus, they are done in less than 20 minutes, including prep, and super addictive. The perfect side dish.

How to Make Air Fryer Potato Wedges
If your air fryer requires preheating, go ahead and start with that.
Grab your potatoes, this recipe calls for 2 large russet potatoes. Cut each in half then cut in half again. Cut the quarters on a diagonal. You’ll have 8 wedges per potato.
Using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel, pat dry all the potato wedges. Making sure they are super dry will give you even crispier potato wedges.
Add to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Toss well until they are evenly coated.
Add to air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking process.
I especially love these potato wedges dipped in spicy fry sauce.
