Whew, what a year it has been. I know we’re all ready to ring in 2021 and carry high hopes of what it will bring.

2020 was a year of cooking at home and it has shown in my numbers and growth of my site. I am so grateful to all of you who turned here to feed your family, bring you comfort and hopefully bring some enjoyment to yourself through cooking.

I’m also grateful for a year that provided extra time with my family, even though my introverted self really struggled with it sometimes.

Thankfully, our friends and family stayed safe and healthy this year. My heart is with you all that weren’t so lucky in 2020.

There always seems to be a recipe in my top 10 that surprises me and this year, its these Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken Drumsticks. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great recipe that’s super easy and delicious.

It just isn’t that exciting. That just goes to show you all love a simple classic. I can definitely get on board with that.
