I am SO into making my own seasonings and spices lately. Why buy one when you already have all the ingredients at home to make your own?!
Plus, you can control the amount of each spice in your mix. I love anything I can customize.
Ingredients for Homemade Seasoned Salt
How to Make and Store
Add all the ingredients to a jar, seal and shake it up. Keep the seasoned salt at room temperature for up to 6 months.
I love these jars for homemade seasonings and rubs. They come with printed labels and blank labels so you won’t ever be left guessing what’s in the jar.
Why Use Seasoned Salt?
You can use this homemade seasoned salt on SO many things. Chicken, pork, roasted vegetables. Anything that you want to add a little extra something to.
It’s basically the perfect mix of spices and herbs. And like I said above, it’s super versatile. Make sure to check out some of my favorite ways to use my homemeade seasoned salt at the end of this post.
It’s the perfect seasoning to grab when you’re making something quickly but still want it to be flavorful. Just like my all-purpose spice blend.
