Fries topped with cheese and drizzled with buffalo sauce and ranch. Buffalo Fries = game day perfection.
Football season is in full swing around here. I’ve never been a big fan of watching football but considering where I live, it’s kind of a lifestyle and it has grown on me. But what I love most about football is the food that comes along with it.
I talked yesterday about some amazing ideas to stuff your face with and thought I would bring another idea today. Because there’s no such thing as too much food while watching football.
And what’s more football than buffalo. Guys, I know there’s buffalo everything everywhere but this is fries. Cheesy, delicious fries. So it’s ok, right?
Not only are these delicious but they are super easy. I feel bad even calling this a recipe since it starts with all premade ingredients but sometimes you don’t have the time or desire for homemade. And that’s just fine.
If you do have a little extra time, go for some homemade fries. But believe me, there are so many frozen options that are really tasty. I’ll even let you in on a little secret, sometimes I enjoy frozen fries more than homemade.
If you really want to hit home with the buffalo theme, serve these with some buffalo chicken sliders or buffalo chicken meatballs. Your friends will love you forever.

- 1 cup sharp cheddar
- 1/4 cup bleu cheese
- Buffalo sauce
- Ranch dressing
- Cook fries according to package directions.
- Remove fries from oven and top with cheeses. Place in the oven for 1-2 minutes until cheese has melted. Drizzle with desired amount of buffalo sauce and ranch and serve.
