Today is our anniversary, lucky number seven. Can’t believe this was 7 years ago, a lot has happened since then!

We went to St. Thomas and St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands for our honeymoon. I dream of going back all the time and we’re hoping to for our 10th anniversary. When we were there, I was nowhere near as adventurous in my eating. Sad face. But I want to share some Caribbean inspired eats today in honor of our big day.
