Is there anything better than a mini dessert? They are just so darn cute. Especially when made to look like little nests. I mean, come on.

These Brownie Nests are probably the easiest Easter dessert you are going to find. If you can mix a few ingredients together you are good to go on this one.

How to Make Brownie Nests

You’re going to need a box of brownie mix and some kind of egg shaped chocolate candy. Mini Cadbury eggs and mini whopper eggs are both great options for these brownie nests.

I’ve also seen egg shaped Reese’s Pieces that would be so delicious. Nothing better than that chocolate peanut butter combination.

You’ll also need the required ingredients for the boxed brownies. This usually means an egg or two, oil and water.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and mix the brownie batter according to the box directions. Portion the brownie batter into a mini muffin pan to make the cute little “nest” for your candy eggs.

You’ll just want to fill the muffins wells about halfway full to ensure you leave room for the candy eggs. Once they have baked, let them cool for 5 minutes then gently press in 3 candy eggs and they are ready to serve.

All the Chocolate

Make sure to invite all your chocolate loving family and friends to Easter this year. There is so much chocolate packed into a couple bites in these Brownie Nests.

Rich, fudgy chocolate brownies + chocolate candy with a crunchy coating. You get all the richness and textures.

Because they are so simple to make, it’s a great option for any kid assistants. Mixing, scooping, pressing in the candy and maybe sampling a few candy eggs will be super fun for them.

You can make them the day before and keep them in an airtight container to make your Easter day a little easier.
